Garbanzo Spread

1 c. ground sesame seeds
2 c. cooked garbanzos with juice, or -20 oz - can
1 large clove garlic, minced or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 small green onion or or 2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice, to taste
1. Liquify beans & juice in blender
2. Blend in onion, garlic, & salt
3. Add sesame seeds & lemon juice, blend
4. chill at least 1 hour to thicken & let flavors to blend
use as a dip, for sandwiches, or with pita bread
