Tarter Sauce

Vegetarian
1 c. almond mayonaise
1 tbs. finely chopped bell pepper
1 tbs. finally chopped black olives
1 tbs. finely chopped onion
1 tbs. finely chopped parsley
1/8 tsp. salt
paprika to taste
Combine, let stand in refrig. overnight
before using.
Makes 1 1/2 cups
