Marinade For Lamb

3/4 c. dry red wine
1/4 c. olive oil
2 crushed juniper berries
Sprig each, parsley & thyme
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 slices onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
thumb nail size of bay leaf
Combine all. Pour over lamb.
Marinate several hours in
refrig.
