Korean BBQ Sauce Marinade

3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbs. oil
1 bunch green onions with tops, chopped
4 tbs. soy sauce
Combine all, marinade 4 lbs meat,
blade cut, ribs, chuck steak, for at
least 2 hours.
Turn meat & baste while marinating.
