Lemon Herb Marinade

1/2 c. lemon juice or red wine vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Combine all, bring to boil, simmer
5 min. cool
