Yogurt Marinade For Tough Beef Cuts

1 container - 6 oz - low fat plain yogurt
1 tbs. lemon juice
1 1/4 tsp. each sugar and salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. gound coriander
1/4 tsp. curry powder
Marinate 1 1/2 lb. beef or chicken in refrig.
for up to 2 hours.
