Cheese Whiz

Very good !
2 lb. velveeta cheese
3/4 c. butter
1 large can evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. yellow food coloring
Melt all ingredients in double boiler.
Pour into small jars and refrigerate.
This will freeze nicely.
Makes 6 to 8 half pints
