Homemade Cream Soup Mix

2 c. powdered milk
3/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. chicken boullion granules
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. black pepper or use white pepper
Mix well, store in airtight container.
yield 3 cups.
Blend 1/3 c. mix, 1/1/4 c. water in a 1 qt. saucepan
til smooth. Bring to boil, 2 1/2 to 3 min.
Stir occasionally, cool, use as a substitute for 1 can
cream soup.
