Chinese Egg Flower Soup

3 c. chicken broth
1 tbs. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp. grated ginger root
1 clove galic, minced
2 eggs, beaten
3 green onions, sliced
Combine broth, soy sauce, sesame oil,sugar,
ginger root & garlic. Simmer 5 min.
Whisk in eggs while soup is simmering.
Cook 3 min. more til eggs are cooked.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
Garnish with green onions.
