Chilled Avacado Soup

2 peeled avacados, peeled, seeded & chopped
1 3/4 c. chicken broth
1 clove garlic , minced
1 c. half & half
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. tobasco
Combine all in a blender. Chill.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
or cherry tomato ring.
