Homemade Sour Cream

2 c. whipping cream
2 tbs. buttermilk
Combine, pour into sterilized jar.
Stir well, cover loosley with plastic
wrap.
Let stand in warm place til cream becomes
thick. 24 to 48 hours.
Stir well and refrigerate.
Makes 1 pint.
this is good.
