Cranberry Relish

2 lb. fresh cranberries
2 c. sugar
2 - 6 oz. - pkg red jello
2 c. chopped apples, peeled
2 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 small cans mandarin oranges
1 large jar marachino cherries. cut in half
2 c. sliced celery
Grind cranberries & combine with sugar. Let set.
Mix jello with hot water only, grind apples, walnuts & celery.
Reserve juices from all fruit and add to water to finish making
jello.
Combine with hot jello & refrigerate til soft set.
Add all ingredients to jello. Pour into 9 x 13 pan.
Let set overnight in refrigerator.
