1 c. heavy cream
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce
2 tbs. mayo.
2 tbs. sugar
2 - 3 oz- pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
Whip cream, add pineapple & mix well.
Blend cranberry sauce in blender til smooth.
Add mayo, sugar & cheese. contnue to blend.
Add nuts, fold into mixture. Pour into tray & freeze.
Serve on lettuce leaf
