Cream Of Zuchinni Soup

3 c. sliced zuchinni
1/2 c. water
1 tbs. minced onion
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tsp. chicken stock base
1/2 tsp. parsley base
3 tsp. butter
2 tbs. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 c. half and half
1/4 tsp. paprika
sour cream
Combine in stockpot, zuchinni, water, seasoning,
Salt ,parsley & 1 tsp. chicken base.
Cook til tender til only a small amount of water left
Blend mixture til smooth.
Melt butter in sauce pan, add flour, 1 tsp.chicken base
& pepper. Cook a few min. Add milk, half & half &
simmer stirring ti thickened.
Stir in zuchinni, mixing well. Add more cream if needed.
Adjust seasoning if needed.
Garnish with paprika & sour cream
