1 tsp. olive oil
1/3 c. diced mushrooms
1/3 c. diced onions
1/3 c. thinly sliced savoy cabbage
1 c. cooked garbanzo beans
1/2 tsp. rosemary or sage
1/4 c. macaroni
1 -2 garlic cloves, minced
4 c. veggie broth
1 - 16 oz. can tomatoes
1 small zuchinni, sliced
1 med. carrot, sliced
grated parmesean cheese
Saute mushrooms, onions, garlic, til tender.
Add veggies, water or veggie broth.
Cook til tender, about 20 min. add macaroni
& simmer 10 min.
Serve in soup bowls with parmesean cheese
on top.
