Gluten Stew

3 c. gluten flour
1 2/3 c. ww flour
garlic salt
garlic powder
Lowerys seasoned salt
Mix the above ingredients together
3 1/2 c. warm water, put all the water into the dry ingredients and mix fast.
Do not over knead. Leave at room temperature for 1 hour.
In a big pot ,put about 1 tbs. olive oil. Warm it, then add 1 1/2 tbs. dark
brown sugar, and cook til sugar melts. Add 1 large chopped onion
and 3 cloves chopped garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes then add
water to fill about half the pot., about 2 liters of water and season, using
soy sauce, parsley, italian seasoning, 2 veg. bouillon cubes, thyme, salt
garlic powder or whatever seasoning you like.
Cut gluten into shapes and put into boiling pot. Stir occasionally .Boil
til most of the broth evaporates. Take out and cut into strips.
Sauce: fry onions, garlic and carrots til cooked. in olive oil.
Cut fresh tomatoes and blend in blender, then add to onions &
carrots. Add 1 stick of curry block. Add other seasonings to taste and then
add gluten strips.with its broth.
Let simmer 30 min.
