Classic french dressing

1/2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 small onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbs. paprika
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. veg. oil
In a blender or food processor, combine first seven ingredients.
Cover and process til blended. While processing, gradually add
the oil in a steady stream. Process til thickened. Store in the
refrigerator.
yield 1 2/3 cups.
