5 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. crisco
13 oz can evaoprated milk
Cut shortening into dry ingredients.Mix eggs & milk,
Add to dry ingredients, use a fork.
Roll out rather thin, cut small rounds. Put a spoonful
of your favorite apple or ? on one side, Be sure your
filling is thick and cold. Fold over and seal edges.
Fry in deep fat til golden on both sides. Then glaze.
Should make about 36 pies.
