0 fat - prep. time - 15 min. cook time - 5 min. freezing time - 18 min.
1/2 c. ice water
1/2 c. powdered milk
1 1/2 tsp. gelatin
2 tbs. cold water
2 tbs. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla.
Combine ice water and dry milk in a large mixing bowl.
Freeze bowl and beaters 15 min.
Combine gelatin and cold water in a small bowl.
Let stand three min. Add boiling water, blend well. Cool
to room temp.
whip chilled mixture til stiff peaks form. Add gelatin
mixture, sugar and vanilla. Whip just til blended.
Note: if whipped topping developes an airy
appearance, Simply stir vigorously to restore smooth
appearance, for best results prepare same day as serving.
