Amazing Cocanut Pie

2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. margarine
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flaked cocanut
Combine all but cocanut in blender, Blend on low
speed 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9in. pie pan. Let
stand 5 min. Sprinkle with cocanut . Bake at 350 for
40 min.
