Peaches and Cream Cake

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/3 c. oil
1 c. water
3 tbs. peach juice
1 - 8 oz - pkg. cream cheese
1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 large can sliced peaches, save the juice
1/2 c. sugar
Drain the peaches, Mix the cream cheese, sugar & peach
juice til smooth. Mix cake mix with eggs, water, oil, &
pudding mix. Spread batter in a 9x13 pan. Arrange sliced
peaches on top of batter..Spread cheese mixture over
peaches and batter.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
