3 c. sugar
6 tbs. flour
1 1/2 c. buttermilk , divided
5 eggs
1/2 c, butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
2 unbaked pie shells
Combine sugar, flour, 3/4 c. buttermilk. Add,
Add eggs and remaining buttermilk. Mix well,
stir in butter and vanilla. Divide evenly in pie
shells.. Top with pecans.
Bake 425 - 25 to 30 min. do knife test.
Cool completely. Store in refrigerator.
if chilled allow to come to room temp. before
serving.
