Vegetarian food
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. sliced celery
1 c. vegeburger or more if needed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of celery soup undiluted
1/2 pkg. -32 oz. - tator tots, frozen
1 c. - 4 oz - shredded colby cheese
In skillet cook vegeburger ( use a little oil) onion and celery.
Cook over med heat til veggies are tender. Stir in salt.
Spoon mixture into 12 x 8 x 2 in. dish. Spread soup over meat mixture
Top with tator tots.
Bake 400 40 min or til bubbly.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 min. longer.
