1 onion, chopped
1 can vegeburger
1 pkg. dry noodles
3 c. tomato juice
1 c. diced bell pepper
1 small can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
Saute onions in oil., add burger; cook
a few minutes.
Then add noodles and tomato juice
. Season to taste.
Simmer 20 min. Add pepper, simmer
10 min. longer. Just before serving add sour cream
