1 -8oz) cream cheese, softened
1 -14 oz.- can sweetened cond. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 -16 oz - can crushed pineapple, drained
1 -12 oz - cool whip, thawed
2 c. finely chopped walnuts
2 baked 9 in. graham cracker pie crusts
Beat cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, fold in
pineapple, cool whip and walnuts. Mix well
and pour into crusts. Refrigerate. yield 2 pies.
This freezes well.
