2 c. bread crumbs
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. thick cashew milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 onion, chopped fine
2 stalks celery, chopped fine
1 tbs. chopped parsley
Mix first four ingredients, Then add remaining. Mix well.
Put in casserole.
Bake 1 hour at 350
