1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. water
1 pkg. 10 oz peach gelatin
4 tbs. sugar, divided
2 c. chopped fresh peaches
1 c. buttermilk
1 - 12 oz - cool whip
In saucepan, combine pineapple, water, jello and 2 tbs. sugar.
Cook and stir over med. heat just til mixture comes to a boil.
Pour into a large bowl, Refrigerate til mixture begins to thicken.
about 45 min.
In a bowl, combine peaches, buttermilk and remaining sugar.
fold in whipped topping.
Pour into a 9x13 dish. Refrigerate until firm.
