Doctor Bird Cake

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
8 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c, chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. mashed bananas
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the center.
Add eggs, pineapple, nuts, oil, vanilla & bananas.
DO NOT BEAT1 Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake 350 75 min.
