4 eggs
4 c. cooked mashed butternut squash
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 tbs. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. bak. soda
2 unbaked pie shells
ground nutmeg
Combine eggs, squash, buttermilk, vanilla & butter.
Combine dry ingredients.Add to squash mixture
and mix til smooth.
Pour into pastry shells. Cover edges loosley with foil.
Bake 350 for 35 min .Remove foil, bake about 25 min. more.
