Bakery Frosting

Excellent!
2 c. shortening
1/2 c. non dairy creamer
1 tsp. almond extract
1 pkg. -32 oz- powdered sugar
1/2 to 3/4 c. water
food coloring
Beat shortening, creamer, extract. Gradually add
sugar. Add water to desired consistency.
