Double Chocolate Crunch Cookies

1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 -11.5 oz - pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chunks
2 - 1.55 oz - chocolated candy bars, grated. (hersheys)
1 c. chopped pecans, toasted
Beat butter & sugars, med. speed of mixer til creamy. Add
eggs & vanilla. , beating til blended.
Pulse oats in a food processor to a fine powder.Combine oats,
flour, and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl.Gradually add to
butter mixture, beating well. Stir in chocolate chunks, grated
chocolate bars, pecans.
Dorp dough by 1/4 cupfuls on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake 375 for 10 to 14 min. Remove from oven.
