1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. semi - sweet chocolate chunks.
In mixing bowl, cream peanut butter, & sugar til light and fluffy.
Stir in egg, vanilla & chocolate. Drop by heaping tsp. fulls on
lightly greased baking sheets. Flatten cookies slightly with a fork.
Bake at 325 for 15 to 20 min. or til set.
Remove to wire racks to cool.
about 3 doz.
