Raspberry Icebox Dessert

Raspberry Icebox Dessert
2 small pkg. raspberry jello
2 c. boiling water
3 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 pkg - 8 oz. - cream cheese, softened
Combine gelatin. water, stir til dissolved .Fold in raspberries,
Refrigerate one hour or til syrupy.
In small bowl combine cracker crumbs, brown sugar, & butter.
Pour into a greased 13x9 pan. Pat down for crust.
In mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding, low speed 2 min.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese til smooth. Gradually
add pudding. Spread over crust. Spoon gelatin mixture over
top. Chill til set. Keep refrigerated.
