Strawberry Trifle

2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 tsp. . grated orange peel
, 1 c. cold milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 c. angel food cake, cubed
4 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
In a bowl, beat milk, sour cream ,pudding mix & orange
peel until thickened. Fold in whipped cream.
Place half the cake cubes in a 3 qt. glass bowl. Arrange a
a third of the berries around the sides of the bowl and
over top.Top with half the pudding mixture. Repeat layers
once.Top with remaining berries. Refrigerate at least 2 hours
before serving .
