Watergate Cake

1 white cake mix
1 c. club soda
3/4 c. oil
1 small pkg. instant pistachio pudding
3 eggs
Mix and beat 4 min., with electric mixer. Pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans.
Bake 350 for 30 min.
frosting:
1 small pkg. pistachio instant pudding
use 1 1/2 c. milk
Beat 2 min.
Add 9 oz. cool whip, fold in to pudding.
frost completely cooled cake.
keep refrigerated..
This our familys favorite cake. We always serve this
on Christmas.
