Strawberry Cheesecake Trifle

2 pkg. - 8 oz. - each, cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbs. sugar
1 angel food cake, torn into bite sized pieces
2 qts. fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
3 tbs. sugar
3 tbs. almond extract
In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar.
Add sour cream, vanilla, and almond extract. Set aside
In a small deep bowl whip the cream , vanilla and sugar,
Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
Add cake pieces, set aside.
Combine strawberries, sugar and almond extract.
Layer together in a large bowl. starting with strawberries
then adding cake mixture .Continue layering, finish
with strawberries. Cover with plastic wrap.
24 servings.
