Chocolate Cake Roll

1/3 c. cake flour
1/3 c. cocoa
2 tbs. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 tsp. salt
4 large eggs, separated
1 c. sugar, divided
powdered sugar
for the filling: 1 - 8 oz. - cool whip
Preheated oven 350
Line a 15x10x2 in with waxed paper.Grease
and flour waxed paper., in pan.Tap out
excess.
Beat yolks & 1/4 c. sugar til fluffy.In separate
bowl, beat whites til foamy. Gradually add 1/2 c.
sugar, beating til stiff not dry.
Fold 1/3 beaten whites into yolk mixture., Alternately
fold in remaining whites and flour mix.
Pour into pan, Bake til a toothpick comes out clean.
about 15 min.
Roll up like jelly roll., cool. unroll- fill with cool whip.
Reroll, dust with powdered sugar.
