1 box lemon cake mix
1 box lemon instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. veg. oil
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
Mix above ingredients. Put in a pam sprayed 9x13 baking pan
and bake 350 25 - 35 min. Puncture cake with fork, while cake is
hot pour glaze over.
Glaze : 2 tbs. veg. oil
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice.
