Fruit Cocktail Cake

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 - 303 - size can fruit cocktail, equals 2 cups
for top:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
pinch salt
2 eggs.
Mix dry ingredients. Beat 2 eggs slightly, add fruit
to eggs. Add dry ingredients.
Pour into 9x13 pan, greased and floured.
Mix brown sugar and nuts. Sprinkle over cake.
Bake 325 45 min.
