Chocolate Turtle Pound Cake

1 yellow butter cake mix
2/3 c. veg. oil
4 large eggs
1 c, sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbs. cocoa
14 oz. bag caramels
1 stick butter
1 c. pecans, chop ingredients together.
Pour into a bundt pan coated with pam spray.
Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 min.
for topping:
Melt together caramels,
butter and pecans.
When melted, pour over top of cake.
