Moms Never Fail Pie Crust

4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 tbs. sugar
2 tsp salt
Mix above then add:
1 egg
2/3 c. cold water
1 tbs. vinegar
Makes 4 crusts. Chill before rolling.
