Caramel Sweet Potatoes
5 med. sweet potatoes
1 scant tsp. salt
3 tbs. butter
9 large marshmellows
1 c. brown sugar
3 tbs. flour
1 c. half and half
1/2 c. nuts
Cook sweet potatoes, drain, cool and cut as desired.
Arrange in shallow baking dish.
Mix brown sugar, salt and flour together. Sprinkle
over sweet potatoes. Dot with butter.
Arrange marshmellow and nuts on top. Pour half & half
over all. Bake at 350 for 30 min. or til liquid in center starts to thicken.
Let stand 15 min. before serving.
