Crunchy Chicken Tenders

1 c. plus 1 tbs. mayo, divided
2 tsp. onion flakes
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. butter cracker crumbs
2 tsp. sesame seeds
8 oz. chicken tenders
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chop onions
1 tbs. chop fresh parsley
3/4 tsp. seasoning salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preheat oven 425. Grease a baking sheet.
Combine 2/3 c. mayo, onion flakes & dry
mustard in a shallow bowl and mix well.
Combine crumbs, sesame seeds, in a shallow
bowl and mix well.
Dip chicken in mayo mix, then coat with crumbs.
Arrange on baking sheet, Bake till juices run clear.
about 15 min.
Meanwhile combine remaining mayo, sour cream
onions, parsley, seasoning salt, & garlic powder.,
mix well, serve with chicken tenders.
