3 c. spicy tomato juice
1/2 c. cider vinegar
3 tbs. oil
2 or 3 garlic cloves, minced
1 bay leaf
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 1/2 tsp. worcestershire
2 c. flour
10 chicken thighs
10 chicken legs.
Stir together first 10 ingredients. Simmer 10 min. Dredge chicken in flour, arrange chicken in roaster. Pour mixture over all.
Bake 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Baste occasionally
