2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tbs. lemon juice
3 c. coarsley crushed saltines ( about 66 crackers)
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. Salt, 1 tsp. pepper
2 cans - 14 3/4 oz each - salmon
In a bowl beat eggs, add next 6 ingredients, and mix well.
Add salmon, shape into 12 patties. Place in a greased
15 x10 pan,
Bake 350 - 30 to 35 min.
Dill Sauce:
2 tbs. butter
2 tbs. flour
1 tsp. snipped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper
dash nutmeg
1 1/2 c. milk.
Melt butter in saucepan, add flour, mix well, add milk,
mix well, add spices, bring to boil, simmer 2 min.
Serve with salmon patties.
