Stuffed Mushrooms

12 to 14 large mushrooms
1/2 c. olive oil
1 med. onion, minced
1/2 c. vegetarian burger
1 tsp. garlic
1 tbs. italian seasoning
Wash mushrooms, remove stems.
Hollow out inside of mushrooms
if necessary. Finely chop stems and
add to filling.
Saute mushrooms in oil in non stick
skillet til lightly browned, set aside
Saute onions in same oil, set aside.
In med. size mixing bowl, mix vegeburger
, onions, garlic, chopped stems and
italian seasoning.
Place mushroom caps in baking dish,
top down. fill caps with 1 tbs. mush-
room mixture. Top with veggie cheese.
Bake at 350 for 10 min. then broil until
cheese is melted.
