123 Lasagna, Emeril Style

Don't cook noodles first! Preheat oven 375
1 - 15 oz - ricotta cheese
2 large eggs
1 c. parmesean cheese
4 c. grated mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. baby bam
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. dries basil
5 c. basic red sauce
12 dry lasagna noodles
In a large bowl, stir ricotta cheese, eggs, 1/2 cup
parmesean cheese, 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, baby
bam, parsley, salt, basil, & pepper til combined.
1 Spread 1 c. red sauce on bottom of 3 qt. casserole.
2. Lay 3 noodles on top of sauce,
3. Spoon 3/4 c. of ricotta cheese mixture over noodles.
4 Sprinkle with 1 c. mozzarella cheese.
Repeat til noodles are gone.
Top with remaining parmesean.
Cover tightly with foil, Bake 1 hour, uncover, bake 10 min.
Remove from oven, let rest 10 min.
