Chili Cheese A Roni

1 c. dry macaroni
1 tbs. oil
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 can - 20 oz ) worthington chili
1 c. canned chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Cook macaroni per pkg. directions,
Drain and set aside, Pour oil into a
heavy saucepan, Add green pepper
& onion, Cover and cook at med heat
til veggies are tender.
Add chili, tomatoes, sugar and garlic
powder, Mix to blend, simmer uncovered
for 5 min, stir occasionally.
Stir in cooked macaroni, Pour mixture into
a buttered 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish.
Top with shredded cheese. Bake uncovered
at 350 for 20 min.
