1 pkg. frozen peas
1/2 - 1 cup cubed cheddar / montrey jack cheese (your choice)
1 small onion, diced
mayo to taste
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt to taste
place frozen peas in colander, run cold water over to slightly thaw, mix all ingredients, use just enough mayo to coat peas. Great for potlucks!!!

I've been looking for just this recipe! Thanks! They used to have it at the grocery store, but they stopped carrying it. I figured it couldn't be too hard to make.... Thanks again!
