Italian Meatballs

1/2 c. shredded yellow cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
4 large eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
"Sauce"
1 - 8 oz - tomato sauce
1 c. water pinch cumin powder
Combine all but sauce. Shape into balls.
Drop into 375 fat, fry til set.
Place cheese balls in baking dish.
Cover with sauce.
Sprinkle more cheese on top.
bake 1/2 hour at 375 til heated thru.
